About the Venues

La Sala Rosa:

4848 St. Laurent just below St. Joseph on the west side.  Capacity - 250 to 180 seated

This beautiful room is a historic Montreal building built by the left-wing Jewish community in 1932. It was a cultural / recreational / political center and once hosted Paul Robeson, Eleanor Roosevelt as well as a workmen's circle during the 1940's and '50's. For the past thirty year's the Centro Social Español has occupied the building and continues to use it as a cultural center for people of Spanish decent. The Sala is proud to be a part of this integral piece of Montreal history. The room fits up to 250 people. Not accessible by wheelchair, children welcome.

Housed in the same building is La Sala Rosa Restaurant. Offering tapas, paella, and weekend brunch along with a changing weekly menu of divinely tasty specials and desserts. This restaurant is bridging the gap between the old-time Spanish community and the changing face of the neighborhood. Come see how these worlds mingle and get a taste of the true Iberia right here in Montreal. Every Thursday the restaurant plays host to a live Flamenco show with dancing, singing and wicked guitar licks.  Hello Darlin' Productions concertgoers are treated to a 10% discount at the restaurant when they are at the complex to see one of our shows.

Petit Campus:

57 Prince Arthur East at the corner of St. Laurent Blvd. Capacity - 250 to 200 seated

This club space is completely renovated and a wonderful place to listen to great music
