| About the Venues
La Sala Rosa: 4848 St. Laurent just below St. Joseph on the west side. Capacity - 250 to 180 seated This beautiful room is a historic Montreal building
built by the left-wing Jewish community in 1932. It was a cultural /
recreational / political center and once hosted Paul Robeson, Eleanor
Roosevelt as well as a workmen's circle during the 1940's and '50's. For
the past thirty year's the Centro Social Español has occupied the building
and continues to use it as a cultural center for people of Spanish decent.
The Sala is proud to be a part of this integral piece of Montreal history.
The room fits up to 250 people. Not accessible by wheelchair, children
welcome. Petit Campus: 57 Prince Arthur East at the corner of St. Laurent Blvd. Capacity - 250 to 200 seated This club space is completely renovated and a wonderful place to listen to great music |
